A flexible bookcase with a dual function – as an element for subdividing internal space or as a wall-mounted bookcase –characteristic for the patterns of variable transparency attained by means of sliding aluminium units. The alternating volumes and spaces and the chromatically offset vertical units give this bookcase a highly dynamic appearance, recalling a totem. The piece represents an ideal synthesis of the designer's research on storage units and of her spirit that links functionality to plasticity, often featured in her work.
